Getting there

By Airplane

Athens - Mykonos - Athens, there are regular flights throughout the summer. The Airport of Mykonos is situated 4 km from the Town (Hora) so the transfer is taken care by Olympic Airways busses, local bus service and taxis. Thessaloniki, Rhodes, Santorini and Crete, there are regular flights to and from Mykonos during the summer season.

By Boat

Pireus (94 nm) and Rafina (71 nm), there is a Regular and High Speed Ferry boat service to and from Mykonos.
Mykonos - Delos boats depart every day (depending on weather) from the harbour near Tourist Police Office and from some of the more popular beaches. For more info contact Port Authority.

Getting around the island

By Bus

There are two bus stations on Mykonos island. North bus station is situated next to the Telephone Office and it is providing regular service to: Ano Mera, Elia, Kalafatis, Kalolivadi, Tourlos and Agios Stefanos. South bus station is situated next to the Olympic Airways office in the square Fabrika and it is providing regular service to Ornos, Agios Yannis, Plati Gialos, Psarou, Paraga, Paradise and Airport.

By Taxi

Taxi station is situated on the Town waterfront next to the statue of Manto Mavrogenenous. The rates are standard as there are no meters and they are displayed at the taxi square on the board for each destination for low and high season.
